Yes. All permanent placements include a 90-day replacement guarantee. If the placed candidate leaves or is let go within 90 days for any reason other than redundancy, we will provide a replacement at no additional fee.

Every candidate goes through a structured screening: CV review, a 30–45 minute consultancy call to verify experience, motivation, and cultural fit, reference checks (for shortlisted candidates), and technical assessment coordination if required by the client.
We initiate background verification (employment history, education, identity) for all candidates before final offer stage, in partnership with certified background-check providers. The scope is agreed with the hiring company.
We present no more than 4–6 carefully selected candidates per shortlist — not a bulk dump of CVs. Each profile includes a consultant's briefing note explaining why the candidate fits the brief. We track placement quality via 90-day retention rates (currently 94%).
We conduct check-ins with both the placed candidate and the hiring manager at 30, 60, and 90 days. This helps surface any early concerns, supports successful on-boarding, and activates our guarantee if needed.
