Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for
technology roles. The ideal candidate will have experience sourcing, screening, and
coordinating candidates for IT positions, while ensuring a smooth hiring process and
excellent candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end IT recruitment (sourcing → screening → interviewing →
onboarding).
• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and role
expectations.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and networking.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial technical/fit assessments.
• Coordinate interview schedules and feedback loops with stakeholders.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, pipelines, and dashboards.
• Negotiate offers and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Build strong candidate relationships to improve offer-to-join ratios.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment SLAs and company policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 2–5 years of IT recruitment experience (agency or corporate).
• Strong understanding of IT skill sets (Java, Python, Cloud, DevOps,
Cybersecurity, ERP, etc.).
• Familiarity with ATS/CRM systems and Naukri, indeed, LinkedIn etc job portals.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.

• Knowledge of market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor analysis.
• Exposure to International / APAC region recruitment.
